Chrono Odyssey has six classes: Swordsman, Ranger, Berserker, Paladin, Sorcerer, and Assassin. None are gender-locked.
You pick three weapons per class but only equip two at a time. The Q key swaps between them with a quarter-second cooldown. Each weapon has eight skills, but only four can be active at once.
Every class uses the Chronotector, a device that lets you stop time, rewind damage, or summon ghosts of enemies you've killed inside Chrono Gates.
Class | Role | Resource | Weapons |
|---|---|---|---|
Swordsman | Tank or DPS | Rage | Greatsword, Dual Blades, Sword & Shield |
Ranger | Ranged DPS | Vigor | Bow, Crossbow, Rapier |
Berserker | Melee DPS | Rage + Bloodlust | Chain Blades, Twin Axes, Battle Axe |
Paladin | Tank or Support | Mana | Mace, Lance, Halberd |
Sorcerer | Magic DPS | Mana | Staff, Grimoire, Manasphere |
Assassin | Burst DPS | Vigor + Bloodlust | Sabre, Wrist Blades, Musket |
Rage builds when you attack or take damage. It drains outside combat. Swordsman and Berserker use this.
Mana refills over time. Paladin and Sorcerer use it for offensive and support abilities.
Vigor is stamina-like and regenerates through movement. Ranger and Assassin use it.
Bloodlust is a secondary resource that stacks through combat. Berserker and Assassin use it for finishing moves.
The first closed beta ran June 20-22, 2025. Over 400,000 people registered. Only Swordsman, Ranger, and Berserker were playable.
Paladin, Sorcerer, and Assassin are expected in future tests. Release is planned for Q4 2026.
