Revision 1

Edge of Memories is sold in two digital editions, a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition, with physical console copies available through the publisher's own store. Pre-orders opened in September 2026. The Standard Edition carries the Legacy Costume Pack as a pre-order bonus, and the Digital Deluxe Edition adds two more costume packs, a digital artbook, a digital soundtrack and 48 hours of early access.

Edition Comparison

The contents below follow the PlayStation Store listings, which use the same edition names as the Xbox Store.

Prices are as listed on October 14, 2026. Release timing for each edition is on the Release Date and Platforms page.

Legacy Costume Pack

The Legacy Costume Pack contains "two costumes inspired by Edge of Eternity for Ysoris and your Nekaroo", according to the PlayStation Store. The Xbox Store puts it another way, inviting players to return Ysoris and the Nekaroo to the looks they had in that earlier game. Both characters are covered on the Companions page.

The Bonus on PC

Steam does not take pre-orders for the game. Instead, a September 17, 2026 announcement said that anyone who buys on PC "for a period after launch" receives the Legacy Costume Pack, and a developer reply on the Steam forums the next day said the pack "will be available to anyone who buys on Steam at launch". As of October 2026, the exact length of that window had not been stated.

Nekaroo Costume Pack

Exclusive to the Digital Deluxe Edition, this pack holds four feline outfits for Eline, Ysoris, Kanta and the Nekaroo. The publisher's store lists the four outfit names as Feline, Kittysoris, Nekanta and Wild Neko, without saying which character wears which.

French History Costume Pack

The second Deluxe pack contains four historical outfits. The PlayStation Store says it "pays tribute to the developers' home country"; Midgar Studio is based in Montpellier, France.

Digital Artbook and Soundtrack

The Official Digital Artbook traces the creation of Avaris, the game's continent, from the first sketches to the final illustrations. The Official Digital Soundtrack collects music composed by Cédric Menendez, with the voices of Emi Evans and Marion Schneider. The wider score and its contributors are covered on the Music and Soundtrack page.

Physical Editions

The publisher's own store sells physical copies for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. As of October 14, 2026, the PC Steam key editions on the same store were marked as coming soon. Reports of the October 2026 date announcement say physical orders placed there ship on December 3, 2026.
