Serpent Marsh Quest Chain

T'rukan's Fighting Spirit is tied to one of the four major Act 9 objectives, and is the one objective in that stretch of the main quest that takes place outside the Crimson Desert itself. The quest chain plays out at the Serpent Marsh on the southern side of Demeniss, where the main story introduces the fist fighter Turken (also written T'rukan in the key item's name).

After the first meeting, the questline sends you through a long stretch of platforming challenges across the island of the Serpent Marsh. Completing this traversal is described in the guide as reaching enlightenment: once it is finished you return to where the chain began to fight Turken at full strength. Defeating him at that point is what drops the key item.

Effect When Consumed

Consuming T'rukan's Fighting Spirit grants a permanent Spirit stat increase to the Greymane. Spirit is tied directly to combat power, so this is one of the permanent stat buffs worth picking up as soon as the Act 9 objective opens. The boost persists for the rest of the save, like the other permanent key item rewards.

When to Tackle This

Because the item is unlocked through the main story rather than a side faction chain, it slots into the natural Act 9 progression. The Rage Gaming guide highlights it specifically as a must-do Demeniss key item since the spirit increase is one of the most impactful permanent buffs in the region.
