Tina is a tailor in the City of Hernand, affiliated with the Duchy of Hernand. With mastery built over years of running the shop, she satisfies customers with both traditional and modern styles. Her selection includes formal Hernandian attire alongside cloth headgear from several different regions, giving players a range of cosmetic options. Tina is one of the vendors you can build Trust with over time to unlock additional stock.
Tina's Tailor Shop is located in the City of Hernand, right next to Rhett's Equipment Shop on the main square. Look for the bolts of fabric and clothing racks near the entrance.
Tina's stock focuses on clothing and headgear. All items are limited to one unit each. The Apparel Trade Agreement only appears after reaching maximum Trust.

Tina offers the quest Tina's Request, which helps increase your Trust level with her. Details on the quest objectives become available once you speak to her in the shop.
The four cloth headgear pieces are all priced at 56 Copper each. If you want a quick cosmetic change, these are affordable options from different regions of Pywel.
The Hernandian Banquet Cloak at 7.86 Silver is a solid back-slot item for the early game and also looks good during cutscenes.
The Hernandian Attire at 3.00 Silver gives your character a clean, local look that fits in with the Hernand townspeople.
If you're saving up for the Apparel Trade Agreement, focus on building Trust first since you cannot buy it until the maximum Trust threshold is reached anyway.
