Overview

Starfish is a Story NPC in Crimson Desert. A creature that sleeps beneath the sea, longing for the sky. Because of its appearance, it's also called the "star of the ocean." It has the ability to regenerate even if part of its body is damaged, which once led people to believe it had medicinal properties. For this reason, it carries mild toxicity, yet it still finds its way onto the tables of certain regions.
