Overview

The Scholastone Archive is a place where various Scholastone records are stored. It documents and preserves every detail, from the Academy's history and activities to the scholars' theses and experimental records. Located within the Scholastone Institute complex high in the mountains of western Hernand, the archive represents the accumulated knowledge of generations of researchers.

Location

The archive is part of the Scholastone Institute complex, which sits high in the mountains southwest of Hernand Town. Reaching the institute requires climbing over mountain terrain, and the archive is housed within the institute's interior.

Research System Connection

The Scholastone Institute is one of the primary research institutes in Crimson Desert, where players can undertake research projects that unlock powerful upgrades. The first researcher, Grunvar, is an old orc who sends players on a short introductory quest from Chapter 5 onward. After completing the objective inside the institute, the lead researcher requests 1x Honey Tea to begin the research project tree. The Abyssal Energy Research project available here is one of the most impactful in the game, pushing the health cap from level 11 to level 18.

• Bring Honey Tea when you first visit the institute to immediately start the research project tree without needing a return trip.

• The Abyssal Energy Research is a priority upgrade. Start it as soon as possible after reaching Chapter 5.
