Shakatu reveals his own position within the guild and asks Kliff to help eliminate Kailok the Hornsplitter once and for all.

1616 A group of soldiers is stationed near Shakatu's tent. They attack as you approach, which is unexpected since you are technically coming to meet an ally. The fight is brief; these are standard guards rather than a challenging encounter. The game does not explain whether these are Kailok's men who have infiltrated the area or simply suspicious sentries acting on standing orders. Either way, dispatch them quickly and proceed.
