The Pirate King Hat is located aboard the pirate ship known as the Singing Catfish. To reach the ship, players must take a boat. The ship can be found in the coastal waters of Pywel.
The Detect Treasure passive causes the hat's feather to glow when treasure is nearby. This is a visual indicator only and does not provide a compass or directional arrow.
At 3 DEF, this hat actually provides respectable defense for a special headgear, matching the Ferman Plate Helm and exceeding several basic plate helms.
The Movement Speed Lv.0 bonus is minimal but still slightly better than no movement speed bonus at all.
