Maps of the Night Unveiled is the intermediate quest in the Scholastone Institute constellation chain added in Patch 1.04.00. It unlocks once all 13 constellations have been registered with the Constellation Helm and directs the player toward the Temple Pagoda in Serpent Marsh near the Gi Jang Temple, south of Demeniss, where the final reward quest begins.

The quest does not appear in the journal until both conditions are satisfied:
All 13 constellations are recorded in the Constellation Research Journal.
The Scholastone Institute research questline is at its final research step.
The quest sets a quest pointer at the Temple Pagoda south of Demeniss, in Serpent Marsh near the Gi Jang Temple. Travel there to engage the next stage. The actual reward sequence runs in the follow-up quest Where Starlight Converges, which must be completed on Damiane to receive the Sword of Starlight.
