Lacey is a roaming merchant in Pororin Village added in Patch 1.04.00. She walks the main loop road that circles the village, carries a backpack, and stocks two notable items: the new Sigil of Bonding cat shoulder accessory and the Palmar Pill. She is the only vendor that currently sells the Sigil of Bonding.

Lacey patrols the main road that loops Pororin, so the most reliable way to catch her is to run the loop in the direction of vehicle traffic until her silhouette appears on the road. She does not stand at a fixed market stall, which is why first-time players sometimes miss her even after entering Pororin.
Backpack silhouette. She is recognizable from a distance by the pack on her back, a deliberate visual cue Pearl Abyss added to help players spot her against the village crowd.
Patrol cadence. The full loop takes a few minutes of in-game time. If she is not visible on the first sweep, return to the start of the loop or wait a moment for her to come around.
Stack purchases. Buy multiple Sigils in a single visit if multiple cats are tamed; each cat needs its own accessory copy to retain the long-perch behavior.
Lacey's flagship product is the Sigil of Bonding cat shoulder accessory. This is not the same item as the Sotdae of Bond bird-feeder, which is a quest reward from Authorized Access rather than a vendor purchase. Both items released in the same patch and have similar names; Lacey is the cat side of the pair.
