The Sealed Abyss Artifact is located at Nas Riverside, slightly west of the UNICORN CLIFF text on the world map. Use the Blinding Flash ability to detect it when nearby.
The "rope" requirement can be fulfilled on any narrow surface, including tightropes, narrow fence tops, and rooftop peaks.
Walk slowly and steadily; moving too fast can cause you to fall off.
If you fall, simply climb back up and resume. The 10 meters can be accumulated across multiple attempts.
