Overview

Hidden Treasure Map Piece 5 is a Key Item in Crimson Desert. It is one of 12 hidden treasure map fragments scattered across Pywel. Each map piece shows the area around a marked location, and players must identify the depicted region to find the treasure. It cannot be sold.

Where to Find the Map

There are at least two known ways to obtain this map piece. The first is to travel northwest of Demeniss to a lake with a crescent-shaped island. The map piece sits on a stone altar on this island; head north from the Golden Exchange area until you reach the lake. Alternatively, you can obtain it from the Wandering Sellswords NPC in Hernand after building up to 100 trust with them through the gift system.

Treasure Location and Solution

The treasure is near Crescent Lake. Head north toward the waterfalls at the edge of the lake. The chest is hidden inside a cave behind the far left waterfall. You cannot simply walk through the water, as the cascade damages and repels players who approach directly. Switch to combat stance and use a Thrust attack (also called Swift Stab) to dash through the falling water and enter the cave. The treasure chest is immediately visible once you pass through.

Reward

Opening the treasure chest yields the Autumn Banquet Leather Boots along with two improved Palmara bonuses. The boots are part of the Autumn Banquet armor set.
