Sebastian offers Kliff a wild horse capture during this sequence, and the horse you receive becomes Herspia. This is a scripted event and cannot be missed. After obtaining Herspia, you can summon it at any time by holding Down on the D-Pad and selecting the horse from the mount wheel.

You can also drop food from your inventory while the horse is summoned, and Herspia will eat it on its own. If Herspia is injured (visible from coat damage or the horse sitting on grass after being summoned), visit a stable and speak to the stable keeper to select Retrieve and Heal Horse, which costs copper or silver coins depending on the severity of the injury.
