It comes in multiple tiers (Haste I, Haste II) with progressively stronger effects. This quest is located in the Hernand Region during Chapter 5's "Black and White" sub-chapter. Upon completion, the Witch grants you the Core Blueprint: Haste. Abyss Core crafting requires Abyss Cells along with other materials such as reagent insects and gemstones.
