Glenbright Manor Basement Location

The Glenbright Manor basement is a hidden area accessible during the Traces in the Manor quest. Reaching it requires solving a dagger and fireplace puzzle on the upper floors. The basement contains valuable loot, including the Cloudcart Blueprint.
Glenbright Manor is located in southern Hernand Highlands, just south of Glenbright Farm. You visit it as part of the story quest line.
You need two Golden Daggers to open the path to the basement.
Go to the top of the stairs and look for a wall-mounted display stand on the left. The Ruby-Hilted Golden Dagger can simply be picked up from this display.
Go to the second-floor hall.
Find a large crank wheel next to a statue holding a glass orb.
Interact with the crank to rotate a lamp in the middle of the room.
Shine the blue light onto the glass orb.
Two panels on either side of the room lift up, revealing the second dagger resting on a shield.
Go to the fireplace on the ground floor.
Slot one dagger into the hole on the left side of the plaque above the fireplace.
Slot the second dagger into the right side.
A secret room opens to your right, revealing a ladder going down.
Descend the ladder to reach the basement. The main reward is the Cloudcart Blueprint, which is used to craft Cloudcart mounts later in the game. There may also be additional loot in chests around the basement.
If you cannot find the crank wheel, use your lantern to look for interactive objects on the second floor.
The blue light must hit the orb directly. Rotate the lamp until the beam connects.
Do not rush through the manor; there are additional collectibles and lore items on each floor.
