Bandit camps dot the landscape and patrols roam the roads, so you will collect Fleece naturally as you work through the main story and side content. This is the same source that provides Cloth Piece, so clearing bandit encounters yields both materials at once.

1414 Fleece can be purchased from the Provisioner's Shop in Hernand town. The stock refreshes at midnight each in-game day. Sleep at a nearby bed to speed up the restock timer if you need to buy in bulk.

1818 After progressing far enough in the main story, you unlock the ability to build facilities at Greymane Camp. One available facility is a sheep ranch. Once constructed, the ranch produces Fleece passively over time. This is the only material in this category that can be generated without active hunting or combat, making it a good long-term investment for players who use a lot of soft armor upgrades.
