Unlike more common minerals such as Iron Ore or Azurite, Diamond deposits are never found along main roads or in easily accessible cliff faces. You have to go out of your way to find them.

1313 Southeast of Howling Hill in the Hernand region, there is a crater. At the bottom of the crater, inside a small cave, a Diamond crystal deposit awaits. You need to descend into the crater and enter the cave to reach it.

Because Diamonds are always found inside caves or at the bottom of hard-to-reach craters, you will not encounter them while casually riding through the open world. Actively exploring cave entrances, descending into craters, and investigating hidden passages is necessary to locate them.
