1210 The Dark Ringleader's Cloth Cloak is found inside the Echoing Tunnel, located behind a waterfall south of Shadowheart Grotto in the Hernand region. The tunnel entrance is concealed behind a curtain of falling water. Use the Stab skill to dash through the waterfall and enter the cave.

1412 Inside the Echoing Tunnel, the passage features distinctive layered echoes throughout, which give the location its name. Follow the main corridor to find the treasure chest containing the cloak. A Refined Palmar Pill can also be found nearby, so be sure to check the area thoroughly before leaving.
