The evidence hidden in the building behind Grimzle plays a central role in the Extinguishing the Last Flames investigation, a major Goldleaf Merchant Guild faction quest.
The workshop also hosts the Grimzle, the Ledger Manager faction quest, which builds out the ledger-theft mystery and eventually routes back here for confrontation and resolution.
