11Overview22Bounty Notice: Billy is a faction quest for House Celeste in Crimson Desert. Billy is a human pickpocket in his mid-40s who operates in the City of Hernand. He was last spotted near Turnali's Shop and Hernand's Inn. The bounty notice appears on boards throughout the City of Hernand during Chapter 2.66Like all bounty quests, players must subdue Billy and deliver him to the constabulary. After reading it, his last known location is marked on your world map. Chase him down and use your tackle (press the action button when close) to bring him to the ground. Punch him until the "Tie Up" option appears.
