Fleece is a trade city and region on the continent of Promilia in Azur Promilia. It is the only region with an official English name so far: official artwork on the Japanese website labels it "Fleece, The City of Trades" above the Japanese heading 貿易都市フリス. The Japanese site describes the surrounding region as one of wide grassland and open sky.

The Japanese site and its artwork describe four landmarks. Names are given as published, with English only where it appears on official material.
Name | What It Is | English Name |
|---|---|---|
ハーベストホール | An auction house that draws attention across Fleece, where luxury goods are displayed and auctions are held | Not confirmed; the katakana reads Harvest Hall |
メイメイハウス | A popular restaurant with tasty food, amusing stories and soothing メイメイ, suited to both chatting and eating | The English label on the artwork reads Soft Shell Restaurant |
Ring-shaped ruins | Fragments of circular ruins, a feature of the Third Era (第三紀元), that remain around Fleece | Not announced |
広場のマルシェ | An open-air market in the plaza, lined with stalls topped by hot-air balloons of many shapes | Not announced |
The auction house is the city's best-known building in official material. The artwork shows a tall hall with rows of seats facing a stage. Its katakana reads as Harvest Hall, but an English name has not been confirmed as of October 2026.
メイメイハウス is described as a popular place to talk and eat, known for good food, entertaining stories and its soothing メイメイ. The Japanese text does not say what メイメイ are. On the official artwork the restaurant's English label reads Soft Shell Restaurant.
Broken ring-shaped ruins stand over the grassland near the city. The Japanese site says this circular form is characteristic of the Third Era (第三紀元). Nothing more about that era has been published as of October 2026. See World and Regions for other lore terms.
The plaza market (広場のマルシェ) is an open-air market where each stall carries a hot-air balloon, in a variety of shapes. An official Korean illustrated story from August 2026, about a market outing with Symphoria, is set at a limited-time archery event in Fleece's central plaza (플리스 중앙 광장).
Character | Japanese | Korean | Connection to Fleece |

アニス | 애니스 | The Japanese site lists Fleece as her affiliation; she is a nurse sent from the sanatorium カルノン療養院 (칼논 요양원) | |
キャスベル | 캐시벨 | A maid at the lord's mansion in Fleece (플리스 영주 저택), serving on the lord's orders; the Japanese site lists Fleece as her affiliation | |
メイプル / 메이플 | メイプル | 메이플 | The popular receptionist of the Fleece adventurers' guild; Maple is a reading of the katakana and the English name is unconfirmed |
According to the Korean community, the guild receptionist 메이플 speaks with a cat-like verbal tic, has a remarkable memory and gives every visitor friendly, professional service. She is also known for grooming: Kibo line up for her, and come away fluffy. The Japanese YouTube channel has published a short video about her day.
An official Korean observation post from August 2026 says the Kibo 에어볼 (English name not announced) is gentle and often wanders between the shops of Fleece, so players looking for a particular shop can ask one for directions.
As of October 2026, official sources have not said in which test Fleece first became explorable, and no quests or systems specific to the city have been described officially. Anais, one of the characters tied to Fleece, is the 25 million reward on the pre-registration milestone ladder.
