The Japanese site describes Cathbelle as someone who has come to serve on the lord's orders and who places great value on contracts. In her greeting she introduces herself politely, explains that the lord sent her to serve, and asks you to keep the contract safe. The Korean pre-registration page gives a longer greeting in which she hands over her dispatch notice, says she will start with the cleaning, remarks that you look as worn out as clothes tossed over a chair, and decides to look after you first.
The Korean community's first-meeting post, from February 16, 2026, says she carries out cleaning, laundry and tidying flawlessly, and then trails off when it comes to her cooking.
The second-meeting post, from February 24, 2026, describes her as the maid of the lord's mansion in Fleece. A painful past, in which she fell into slavery, left her with few facial expressions and an increasingly sharp way of speaking. Despite that past she quietly stays by the people who saved her and builds their trust, a kind of silent strength.
On February 26, 2026, the Korean community added a note to her first-meeting post saying that Cathbelle's attribute (속성) had been changed and her introduction image updated to match. The note does not say what the old or new attribute is, and as of October 2026 no official post has explained the change.
Character videos for Cathbelle were posted on both the Japanese and Korean YouTube channels. Introducing the Korean video on February 16, 2026, the community's narrator joked that this seemingly perfect maid might be hiding enormous power.
An illustration posted on December 25, 2025 for 별빛제, which the Korean community describes as a festival marking the moment the stars were born, shows Cathbelle telling a gathered group the story of the birth of the stars.
She appears in a March 2026 emoticon set and in a May 2026 notice-board post offering her help when the 꼬마 비버 work crew cannot finish a job.
A four-panel comic from May 26, 2026 shows Anais reacting after Cathbelle coughs.
The Japanese キャスベル follows the official Latin name, Cathbelle, while the Korean 캐시벨 is a slightly different reading. As of October 2026, a Chinese name for her has not appeared in the text of official pages; the official Chinese website shows its character names only as artwork. Other characters are listed on Characters.
