Revision 1

Anais is a character in Azur Promilia. She is a nurse sent from a sanatorium, and she is one of five characters with an official Latin-script name, given on the official Japanese website as アニス (Anais). She is also the character reward on the global pre-registration milestone ladder.

Profile

The Japanese site describes Anais as a nurse dispatched from カルノン療養院, a gentle character who asks that everyone's care be left to her. In her greeting she introduces herself formally as the sanatorium's nurse and starts to promise to look after everyone, then relaxes with a soft laugh when told she does not need to be so formal. The Korean pre-registration page carries the same greeting in Korean.

The Korean community's first-meeting post, from March 27, 2026, says everyone at the sanatorium calls her big sister (언니), and some patients even call her mom. She is warm and accepting, but if you make a fuss about taking your medicine, she may make you take it anyway, still smiling gently.

The second-meeting post, from March 30, 2026, opens with her reminding you to eat on time, wash your hands before meals and brush your teeth afterward. It explains that she grew up without real motherly love, and that this is what makes her want to give love freely to others. She seems soft and strong at once, but her care can sometimes turn into a clinging attachment to the person she looks after.

Milestone Reward

Anais is the 25 million tier reward on the global pre-registration milestone ladder. The Japanese page lists her as アニス x1, Chinese notices list 角色「艾妮丝」 x1, and the Korean notice lists 애니스 as a character at 25 million global pre-registrations. Nexon's Korean notice says ladder rewards will be given after the official launch. As of October 14, 2026, the counter on the Japanese page read 20,000,000, so the 25 million tier had not yet been reached. See Pre-Registration and Milestone Rewards.

Other Appearances

• A Korean four-panel comic posted on May 26, 2026 shows Anais watching Cathbelle after Cathbelle coughs, leading up to what she does next.

• The Japanese site links her profile to its page for Fleece, and the Korean site lists her under 플리스 성방.

Naming

The Japanese katakana アニス and the Korean 애니스 both follow the official Latin name, Anais. Her Chinese name, 艾妮丝, is confirmed only through the milestone notices, which place it in the same tier as Anais on the Japanese ladder. The sanatorium's katakana reads roughly as Carnon, but no English name for it has been announced as of October 2026. Other characters are listed on Characters.
