11 Primegy is the resource spent to claim certain combat and progression rewards. It is separate from the stamina used while dodging, flying, climbing, or using movement abilities.

55 Primegy restores over time. Primegy Batteries replenish it, and the client also offers a Glimmer recharge. Review the amount and price shown in the client before confirming a recharge.

16+Primegy recovers at one point every six minutes. Continuous recovery would supply 240 points over 24 hours, provided the current storage limit is not reached. Spend according to the reward screen and allow time for regeneration; this rate is separate from a Battery or a Glimmer recharge.
