1313 Review the ability distribution before adding workers. A creature with several useful Homeland Abilities can cover more jobs within the assignment limit, but every facility still needs its own requirements met.

17+An Aniimo whose required Homeland Ability grade is one level above a facility requirement receives a listed 20% efficiency increase there. Keep that grade comparison separate from the existing 20% personality-compatibility bonus; neither figure establishes a formula for combining bonuses.

19+Some facilities also require a compatible creature family. Dewy House can use Dewy or Fragrancier, while Tidewhisper Sandcastle has its own family requirement. Use the facility requirement and the individual form card together when selecting a worker.
