Confirmed mobile cross-progression after the September 23 launch, added the beta reward claim update and the Steam-to-email account link

Added the support route for platform accounts that failed to link
11Aniimo runs on its own account system rather than on the platform account of whichever device the game is installed on. That account is called the Aniimo Pass, and almost every question a player has about cross-play, cross-save and beta rewards resolves to a question about which Aniimo Pass their progress lives under. The regional servers themselves and the platform line-up are on Servers and Cross-Play.2233The Aniimo Pass4455An Aniimo Pass is keyed to an email address. It is what a character belongs to, it is what beta rewards follow, and it is what an email link on the official web shop is matched against for the discounts described on Lumin Crystals and Currencies. A platform account by itself is not the same thing: it is a way of signing in to an Aniimo Pass, not a substitute for one.6677Linking a Console Account8899This is the step most worth getting right, because on console it happens once and only once. On the first sign-in on PlayStation 5 or on Xbox the game shows a one-time popup offering to link the platform account to an Aniimo Pass. Skipping that popup cannot be undone from inside the game. A player who skips it has to go through support to recover the link, so the popup should be completed at first launch rather than dismissed to get into the game faster.10101111On PC the same binding is more forgiving: it can be made at first launch or later, from the email binding page in the in-game menu. The end state is identical either way.12121313PlatformWhen linking is offeredIf it is skippedPlayStation 5One-time popup on first sign-inNot recoverable in game. The platform is not a wall. The server is.17171818BoundaryShared?DetailAcross platforms, same serverYesProgress is fully shared. A character played on PC continues on console and back again, achievements and trophies included, as long as it is the same server.Across serversNoData on different servers is independent, and cross-server progress sharing is not supported. No transfer between servers has been published.PC and mobileYesExplicitly cross-save. Signing in on mobile with the same account resumes the PC character. Mobile launched on September 23, 2026 with full cross-progression: the same account on the same server carries progress, resources and party lineups to and from PC and console.1919On PlayStation 5 the server is assigned automatically from the region on the platform account, so a player does not choose a shard on that platform. The three shards and the country lists behind them are on Servers and Cross-Play.20202121The practical rule at sign-up follows directly: choose the server carefully, because it is permanent in effect, and do not worry about the device, because it is not a constraint. A group of friends who want to play together need to agree on a server, not on a console.22222323Beta Accounts and Beta Data24242525The closed beta clients can no longer be used and must be replaced with the launch client. Beta progress does not carry over and is not retained. This was stated repeatedly before launch and restated on launch day, and it is not a fault to be reported.26262727The one exception is the sealed egg from the beta farewell event, where each tester could seal a single favourite Aniimo to reclaim at launch. The rules for which egg survives, and the condition that it hatches only once its creature’s Form is unlocked, are on Development. As of September 17, 2026 (UTC+8) the claim entry for those sealed eggs was temporarily closed after an innate potential data fault was found in the claimed eggs; see Known Issues.28282929Later English notices point playtesters back to the claim. The mobile pre-download and mobile launch posts of September 22 and 23, 2026 say the test reward page is open for checking archived and claimable eggs from the event. Whether the data fault itself has been fixed is set out on Known Issues.30303131Claiming Beta Rewards32323333Beta rewards follow the email address used during the test, not the platform the test was played on. Players claiming them are told to enter that email address and use a verification code rather than signing in through a third-party provider such as a social login, because a third-party sign-in creates or attaches a different account and the rewards will not be there.34343535Three recovery routes are published, and which one applies depends on whether a character already exists on the account being claimed into. One of those routes costs the existing character, so the on-screen options are worth reading before choosing rather than after. Players whose test was run through the PC storefront playtest claim through support instead of through the self-service page, because that test took a different route into the game.36363737One further limit: the option to link an email at first login is for new users only and can be used once. It is not a general-purpose account-merging tool.38383939The studio's mobile pre-download notice of September 22, 2026 adds a route for one common case: a player who took part in an earlier test with a Steam account and now signs in with an email account can link the Steam account to that Aniimo Pass email so the test rewards follow. The prompt appears after signing in through the Steam client, and a player who skips it can link later from the in-game Email Link page. One email address can be linked to several third-party platform accounts, but each platform account can be linked to only one email address.40404141Support42424343RouteWhereIn-game supportMenu, then SupportHotkeyF10 on PC4444Support is the route for anything that cannot be fixed in the client: a skipped console link, a beta reward that never arrived, a purchase that was not delivered, or an account action taken under the Fair Play Policy.454546+For a Steam, PlayStation or Xbox account that failed to link, the developers published a route on October 1, 2026: on the Customer Support page, open Quick Support Links, choose Account Issues, then select Steam Relink (PSN/Xbox) for both the second-level and third-level categories. The ticket needs the platform ID to unlink (a Steam ID, for example), the UID used to contact support with the email address linked to it, the UID to unlink, and the platform currently linked to that UID.47+4648The studio has also published an anti-fraud note worth repeating here. Official rewards arrive only through in-game events and in-game mail. No official channel will ask a player for a verification code or for a payment, and any message that does is not from the studio.47494850Account Trading Is Prohibited49515052Because an Aniimo Pass is an email account rather than a platform account, handing over the login hands over the account outright. The published fair play rules treat all account trading, transfer and sharing as a violation, whether or not money changes hands, and there is no sanctioned form of it. The penalties and the reporting route are on Fair Play Policy.
