Mossport

Mossport is the seaside city in which Witchbrook is set. It houses Witchbrook College, along with hundreds of named NPCs, shops, and seasonal events.

Hundreds of NPCs

Chucklefish has publicly said Mossport contains hundreds of unique background characters, each with their own name, home, look, and daily routine. Routines and clothing shift based on the weather, the season, and special events, which is how the city is meant to feel alive rather than scripted.

Shops and Venues

Mossport is full of businesses and hangouts, including Calico Fresh Threads (the clothing shop where Hana Sato works), a pub, Witchbrook College's own library, and the offices of the campus newspaper The Witchbrook Oracle.

Civic Witchcraft

Helping the non-magical citizens of Mossport is a dedicated gameplay loop called civic witchcraft. It is the main way players practice magic in a normal life-sim context rather than in class or during combat.
