33 StarNote is the in-game achievement and leveling system in Starsand Island. It is a phone app accessible from the in-game phone menu (press Tab). You earn experience by completing themed objectives, and as you accumulate enough XP, you level up and can claim rewards. The system goes up to Level 45 in Early Access.
