11 Iron Ingot is the cornerstone metal of mid-game Starsand Island. It is smelted from Iron Ore at the Furnace II, then rolled into Iron Sheet at the Cutter II for nearly every Junior and Intermediate Crafter recipe. Few materials see more demand through the mid-game.

66 Iron smelting requires Coal, not Charcoal. Coal is produced at the Charcoal Kiln by burning Hardwood, or mined directly in mid-tier Moonlit Forest zones. Furnace II is the upgrade above Furnace I and is unlocked through the Crafter Profession Junior questline.

2323 Mine Iron aggressively at Dreamfall Garden. Iron Sheet demand is enormous. Plan multi-trip Iron runs as soon as you reach Dreamfall Garden.Process in parallel. Run multiple Furnace II and Cutter II stations to keep ingots and sheets flowing during long crafting sessions.Do not sell Iron Ore raw. Iron Ingot and Iron Sheet sell prices are higher than raw ore, and you almost always need them later.
