11 New Game Plus is a repeat-playthrough mode in SILENT HILL: Townfall. It opens once the game has been cleared, and it holds two of the game's five endings. The other three can all be reached in a first playthrough, so New Game Plus is not a requirement for seeing the main outcomes.

That fits how the ending system works: it reads playstyle rather than a choice made at the end, so a second run has to be played differently to land somewhere different.
