11 Version 1.4 "For Whom the Verses Mourn" runs its gacha rotation in two phases, following the Limited Board format used since launch. The global version launches on September 30, 2026 with Blackbird as the first featured character; the official channel names both Blackbird and Akane Rin as the version's new limited S-Class characters. Phase windows below are taken from the Chinese-server recap of the September 16 preview broadcast. The global client has run every version exactly six days behind the Chinese server, so the expected global dates are given with that offset, but only the September 30 opening is first-party for the global client so far.

911 Board Rules
1012
1113 The recap repeats the standing rules: all Limited Boards share one S-Class pity counter, one Points Gift track and one Board Modification track; each board's Skin Perks track is separate, and progress on a board carries over to any later board with the same name. That last rule matters for the Lacrimosa rerun, since rolls made on "Fading Reverie" in June 2026 count toward a rerun of the same board only if it keeps that name; the Chinese-server rerun board carries a different title, so treat the Perks progress as open until the global notice publishes. Full rules are on Gacha System.

1517 Blackbird's board carries her 「红与黑」 outfit on its Skin Perks track, and Akane Rin's board carries 「舞台之星」. Each character also has a Bond Lvl 10 outfit (「不凋羽」 and 「节能生活」) and shop outfits (Blackbird's 「牧星者」; Akane Rin's 「全金属摇滚」 and 「茜色丝绒」). English names are pending the global patch note.
