Nelly is the Secretary General of the Hethereau Bureau of Anomaly Control. She serves as a key administrative figure, welcoming new personnel and overseeing Bureau operations.

Role

As Secretary General, Nelly is responsible for greeting and orienting new arrivals to the Bureau. She provides tours of the facility and introduces newcomers to the various departments and their functions.

Nelly demonstrates extensive knowledge of Bureau operations, including the monitoring systems for the Worheimer Index and the response protocols for different areas of the city.

Personality

Nelly maintains a professional demeanor while performing her duties. She is well-versed in Bureau regulations, including the second article of the Confident Galaxy which prohibits inquiring about information unrelated to one's duties.
