Overview

Sterry Express is a delivery and courier company operating within Hethereau. The organization serves as a helpful ally faction to the player, with its members described as "always ready to lend a hand to new anomaly hunters." Sterry Express employs Espers as couriers who handle deliveries across the city, including urgent packages that venture into dangerous anomaly-affected areas where speed and combat ability are equally important.

The Sterry Express crew crosses paths with the Eibon Antique Shop team through the main storyline, most notably in the story episode "Deal? Deal!" where both groups attend an anomaly auction together.

Members

Three playable characters are confirmed members of Sterry Express, each filling a different role within the courier operation:

Hathor

Hathor is the crew's most combat-capable member and holds the rank of elite courier. She is known for her flawless delivery record, maintaining strict discipline and efficiency in every job. Her official introduction states: "Since you chose Sterry Express, it is my duty to deliver on time. As for traffic rules... those are necessary to follow." Hathor wields Blade Wings and fights with a speed-focused martial arts style, built around stacking Express Delivery Power. She often handles deliveries that venture into anomaly-affected areas where combat is unavoidable.

Haniel

Haniel is an A-Class Psyche Esper who works at Sterry Express as a side gig. By day she is a social media content creator and influencer; delivering packages for Sterry Express is how she earns extra cash. Haniel is the pre-registration milestone reward character (unlocked at 30 million pre-registrations), making her one of the most widely available Sterry Express members at launch.

Jiuyuan

Jiuyuan is an S-Class Anima Esper who serves as the crew's driver, handling urgent deliveries that involve anomaly-related cargo. She wears a large floppy hat and carries a philosophical outlook, believing that greed will sink you "deeper into the mire." Her hybrid DPS/healer kit makes her valuable both as a combat partner and as the group's sustain option during dangerous delivery runs.

Courier Operations

Sterry Express operates as a delivery service across Hethereau, but its operations go beyond ordinary package delivery. The company handles shipments that pass through anomaly-affected zones, requiring couriers who can fight as well as they can deliver. This dual requirement explains why the organization employs combat-trained Espers rather than ordinary couriers.

The logistics crew covers different aspects of the delivery pipeline. Hathor handles the most dangerous routes as the elite frontline courier, Jiuyuan drives for urgent time-sensitive deliveries, and Haniel picks up packages as flexible part-time work. Together, they form a small but capable team that can respond to delivery requests across the city, even when those requests lead them into supernatural territory.

Story Involvement

"Deal? Deal!"

In the main story episode "Deal? Deal!", Esper Zero (the protagonist) and the Sterry Express crew attend a special anomaly auction together. The auction involves trading in anomaly-related goods and artifacts, drawing interest from various factions across Hethereau. During the event, a new mysterious force makes its appearance, one that may be connected to The Circle, the game's overarching antagonist organization.

This episode is significant because it brings Sterry Express into direct contact with the larger narrative threads of NTE's story. The crew's attendance at an anomaly auction suggests that their courier work sometimes intersects with the shadowy world of anomaly commerce, where the line between legitimate delivery and dangerous entanglement can blur.

Ally Role

Sterry Express and the Eibon Antique Shop operate in adjacent spaces within Hethereau's anomaly ecosystem.
