1313 Voltar City is the amusement-park city of the northern Logos route and the setting of The City of Entertainment main quest. Its landmarks include a Ferris wheel in the northeast reached by climbing pipes, a Lumen Club near the city entrance, a rollercoaster car beside the club that shuttles up to the arena, and a generator at the base of the city. During the main quest the city loses power, and the electric fences along the descent are disabled by playing the minigame machines next to them.
