11Anispace2233The Anispace is your personal space in LumenTale: Memories of Trey, a place set apart from the ordinary world where your captured Animon live, rest, and train. It is one of the game's signature features and is fully customizable.4455What the Anispace Is6677The Anispace sits on a separate plane of existence from the ordinary world, a pocket space where the creatures you catch reside. Scholars in the setting have theorized that it may be the place the Animon originally came from, though nothing has ever substantiated that idea. What changed in recent years is access: the researcher Kapan worked out how to turn the Anispace into a personal subspace that a Lumen can reshape at will, keep their team in, and train them in. For a Lumen, it now serves as both home base and a place to bond with the team.8899First Entering the Anispace10101111You are introduced to the Anispace early in the story. During the Searching for Ales quest, after saving Ales and resting at Kapan's house, you enter the Anispace the next day, where Kapan offers you your starting Animon before the Animon capture tutorial begins. From that point on, the Anispace is the home you return to throughout the journey. See How to Get All Starters and Best Starter.12121313Customization14141515You can decorate and arrange your Anispace to your taste, placing furniture and shaping the space into something personal. There are over 800 pieces of furniture and a range of backgrounds to collect, which you can craft yourself or purchase from local vendors out in Talea. The launch-window bonus also includes exclusive furniture, which speaks to how central customization is to the feature. See Early Adopter Pack Bonuses and Items and Currency.16161717Edit Mode Controls18181919Decorating runs through an edit mode you open from inside the Anispace. Furniture is placed, picked back up, nudged around and spun on the spot, and a furniture bar along the edge of the screen holds your collection sorted into categories you page through with the shoulder buttons. The keyboard layout drops the bar shortcuts, so on mouse and keyboard you work directly with the cursor instead.20202121FunctionNintendo SwitchPC ControllerPC Keyboard and MouseEdit MenuXYRPlace ItemAALeft ClickRemove ItemYXRight ClickMove ItemLeft Analog StickLeft StickMouseRotate ItemRight Analog StickRight StickMouse ScrollToggle Furniture BarXYNot boundNavigate Furniture CategoriesL and RLeft and Right BumperNot boundFinish EditingBBEscOpen Anispace MenuZLLeft Trigger (hold)Q (hold)Navigate Anispace MenuRight Analog StickRight StickMouse2222Only a few PC bindings can be reassigned, in the Controls section of the System Menu. Furniture arrives from five directions, and the rarer pieces are tied to places you have to go looking for.27272828SourceWhat It ProvidesCraftingPieces can be made rather than bought, which is the cheaper route while money is tight early on.Local vendorsShops in the towns and cities out in Talea sell furniture, and stock varies by region.Found in the worldOne-off pieces are tucked into optional rooms. A Metal Drum sits in the southern optional room of the prison in the City of Inventors, in the same room as a Lumen who challenges you to a battle, and a fountain piece waits in the chamber the Crimson Cavern torch puzzle opens, alongside Encantyss.Deluxe and Lumen EditionsBoth premium editions include an exclusive furniture set for the Anispace.Early Adopter PackThe launch-window bonus, given on purchases made between 26 May and 25 June 2026, included its own exclusive furniture. See Early Adopter Pack Bonuses.29-One more piece is owed to the community. A fan-art competition run in April 2026 promised the winning illustration a place in the game as a custom Anispace furniture item, and the developers said at the time that it would not be in at launch but would follow in a free patch. Six finalists went to a public vote. As of September 23, 2026, the piece has not been mentioned in the patch notes of any of the four post-launch hotfixes.29+One more piece is owed to the community. You carry an active party into the field, and every other creature you have caught waits in the Anispace box, which is why the space keeps mattering long after the novelty of decorating it wears off.34343535The distinction between party and box has a sharp edge on evolutions that consume another creature. Pinchop only offers the option to become Klawller at level 30 if the Nanafin being given up is sitting in your active party. A Nanafin left in the box does not count, and the prompt simply will not appear. Keep a spare you do not mind losing, because the sacrificed creature is gone for good. See the All Evolutions Guide for the other lines with conditions like this.36363737Animon That Live in the Anispace38383939The space is not empty between visits. Twinkler turn up inside it, drawn there to eat digital data and convert it into energy, and nobody in the setting has worked out how they move through the Anispace freely. They spawn at random, so catching one is a matter of leaving and coming back until a Twinkler appears rather than hunting a fixed location.40404141Its later form is a genuine problem. A Twinkler becomes Silverus at level 36 once its Virus hidden type has been revealed, and a Silverus can strip a room in the Anispace of its contents in seconds. The in-game advice is blunt about it: seal off whatever space a Silverus has taken over rather than trying to face one down.42424343The Fountain444445-Inside the Anispace and out in the world, Fountains double as rest points where you heal up, craft items, cook food, and adjust time. Stopping at one is a small ritual that sets the rhythm of an expedition. See Crafting and Cooking.45+Inside the Anispace and out in the world, Fountains double as rest points where you heal up, craft items, cook food, and adjust time. Stopping at one is a small ritual that sets the rhythm of an expedition. Since Update 1, Fountains also act as teleport points between Fountains you have already discovered, and the game autosaves when you pass near one. See Crafting and Cooking.46464747Training Your Animon48484949Beyond decoration, the Anispace is a place to interact with and train your creatures. Spending time here supports the bond between Trey and his team and complements the growth they earn in battle. See Monster Taming and Bonding and Leveling and Progression.50505151That time is not purely cosmetic. Spending time with the creatures in the Anispace strengthens the bond between them and Trey, and a stronger bond carries back out into the field, where those creatures fight more effectively than a team you have only ever leveled. It is the quiet half of team building that sits alongside the numbers on the Combat System page.525253+Update 1 made furniture that trains Animon clearly marked and added a Quick Grab feature that speeds up managing Animon and collecting items in the Anispace. It also streamlined online Anispace visits and fixed several visit and interaction problems, including softlocks, along with issues where training could not be completed or claimed.54+5355Difficulty and Field Access545655-How freely you can duck into the Anispace depends on the difficulty you picked. Easy and Normal leave field access alone. Ace restricts Anispace access out in the field on top of sharpening the enemy AI, so swapping the roster mid-route stops being a free action and party choice before you set out carries real weight. See Difficulty Differences and How to Change.57+Before Update 1, Ace difficulty restricted Anispace access out in the field, so swapping the roster mid-route was not a free action on that setting. Update 1 (September 29, 2026) removed that lock, and the Anispace can now be used without restrictions on every difficulty.
