Overview
Lu Bu is a warrior-class hero in Honor of Kings: World. His Flow style features halberd-based attacks with spinning strikes and rage burst abilities that deal heavy damage. He is one of the most recognizable characters in the hero roster.
Historical basis
Lu Bu (d. 199 CE) was a military general during the late Eastern Han dynasty, portrayed in the historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms as the single greatest warrior of his era. He is traditionally depicted wielding a ji (halberd) called the Sky Piercer and riding a horse named Red Hare. His reputation for raw combat power is so strong that a Chinese saying goes: "Among men, Lu Bu; among horses, Red Hare."
In the Honor of Kings MOBA, Lu Bu is a fighter/warrior who excels at dueling and sustained damage. His World version translates that identity into action RPG combat.
Combat abilities
Lu Bu's Flow style centers on his halberd. His moveset includes wide spinning attacks that hit in a large area, gap-closing lunges, and a rage mechanic that builds through sustained combat. When the rage meter fills, Lu Bu enters a burst state with enhanced damage and attack speed. His style favors aggressive play and rewards players who stay on the offensive.
Role in the game
Lu Bu's identity as a warrior of unmatched strength makes his Flow style a natural fit for players who want raw damage output. Pairing Lu Bu's melee-focused style with a ranged or utility-oriented second Flow style gives players offensive tools for any situation.
