Otto

Overview

Otto (Chinese name 奥托) is a character in Honkai: Nexus Anima, one of the 13 characters profiled on the game's official global and Chinese sites as of September 2026.

The official profile reads: A young expert in obliviasis research. Not interested in academia, he is obsessed with inventing and dedicated to uncovering the origins of obliviasis and finding a cure for it.

Role in the Game

Otto's field of study is the memory-destroying condition covered on this wiki as obliviasis Disease. His official English profile is the only first-party text published so far that spells the condition, and it writes it as obliviasis, in lower case, as a common noun; the Chinese profile calls it 遗落症. Guide coverage of the Evolution Test build lists him as a Kardia paired with the Anima Chimaura; the official profile does not state this, so treat the pairing as reported rather than confirmed. His role here is specific to this game, and nothing from other titles is confirmed as part of its story.
