Revision 1

Overview

Breadhead (Chinese name 面包头) is a character in Honkai: Nexus Anima, one of the 13 characters profiled on the game's official global and Chinese sites as of September 2026.

The official profile reads: The mysterious and strange-looking Breadhead. Seems to be acquainted with "you," and appears to guide "you" out as you escape from the layered dreamscape and danger.

Role in the Game

The official profile frames Breadhead as a figure who already knows the player character and leads them out of a layered dreamscape at the start of the story. That opening ties to the protagonist's own history: the player learns early that they are the World-Ender, sealed for over 214 years in an illusory world by Kumyo Kyo. HoYoverse has not published anything beyond the profile about who or what Breadhead is.
