Vincent Valentine

Vincent Valentine is one of two characters who become fully playable for the first time in Final Fantasy VII Revelation. A brooding gunslinger, he joins the active party for the trilogy's finale.

Official material introduces him as a deft gunslinger whose lightning-fast gunplay and ferocious, bestial transformations can devastate the battlefield, making him a high-impact addition to the roster.

In Battle

Vincent fights at range, unloading rapid gunfire before shifting into powerful bestial forms for heavy damage. Like the rest of the party he uses the hybrid battle system and can equip job-inspired outfits through the FITS system.

Character

His resolve is captured in a line from the reveal: 'I won't return to my coffin until we've put Sephiroth in his.' In the English release Vincent is voiced by Matt Mercer, who helped debut the game on stage.
