11 Eslyn Ambertail is the first confirmed companion in Embers of the Uncrowned. She is the only daughter of the fallen House Ambertail, the former Lord's Aide of Goldenhaven, and the player rescues her from Bella at the succession ceremony that destroys the House Harborwell line. With every lord she once swore loyalty to dead, Eslyn now fights to rebuild the House alongside the player, fueled by deep resentment of the elves who killed her patron Valdemar.
