Buying a Writ pays off the corresponding debt and removes the player's wanted status in the region the debt is tied to. The Writ purchase screen lists every active fine and bounty across the player's character, so a single Confessional visit can resolve multiple regions of debt at once.

Minor offenses (small theft, minor scuffles) cost copper-tier silver; serious crimes (murder, large-scale theft) can run into significant silver totals. 1616 Get arrested. If guards catch the player through a tackle QTE or knock them out in combat, the player is imprisoned, time skips forward, and the bounty is cleared automatically. The player loses some coin during this process but no Writ is required.Wait it out in some regions. Bounties in Crimson Desert are regional. A bounty in Hernand does not apply in Demeniss, so a player can travel out of the wanted region until the bounty is resolved or paid off.High-bounty arrest at a Constabulary.
