After gathering the three ritual items, Kliff returns to the bamboo forest altar to perform the ritual. The wind reveals Woosa's location at a hilltop fortress, where Gregor, the Halberd of Carnage awaits. Fast travel or ride back to the altar from the previous quests.Examine the ground. Stand in front of the altar and use L1/LB to look at the ground. When the "Examine" prompt appears, press Square/X to begin the ritual.Follow the wind. The path is guarded by enemy groups, but you can bypass most of them by riding straight past on your horse. Once at the fortress walls, use triple Force Palm jumps (press jump, then R3/RS mid-air, repeating up to three times) to vault over the walls and skip the main gate entirely.1717Boss Fight: Gregor, the Halberd of Carnage1919Gregor is a spear-wielding human boss with a single health bar. The arena is a courtyard inside the fortress, and arrows fire from the surrounding walls throughout the fight, adding a persistent environmental hazard.2121Attacks and Patterns2323Multi-stab combo: Gregor's most dangerous attack. He enters a super armor state and delivers consecutive stab attacks that track your position. You cannot interrupt him during this sequence.Sweeping strikes: Wide horizontal swings with his halberd. These have good range but leave him open at the end of the combo.Wall arrows: Arrows fire periodically from the fortress walls, hitting random spots in the arena. Keep moving to avoid them.2525Strategy2727Dodge, do not block. Gregor's stab combos will tear through your guard stamina. Dodge forward-right through his stab attacks to end up behind him, then counterattack.Punish his recovery windows. After each combo chain, Gregor has a brief pause. Land two or three heavy attacks during these windows, then disengage.Stay mobile. Moving constantly reduces the chance of wall arrows hitting you. Standing still to trade blows will get you chipped down by both Gregor and the arrows.Heal aggressively. Bring at least 50 to 100 Grilled Meat for the fight.
