25+Both the guide and exact record list a Smith recipe of 5 Thin Hide and 2 Thick Hide after learning Leather Armors of the World, Vol. I. The record names Adrina at Calphade Costume and Eric at the camp shop, and lists Kliff and Oongka. Defense starts at 3 and reaches 32 at +10, with Lightning Resistance Lv.1. Ordinary refinement uses Thin Hide, later Thick Hide, Small Bone and Sturdy Hide, then Aeserion's Scale and an Abyss Artifact at +10. The guide lists no installed Abyss Gear; that is not proof of zero capacity and does not independently confirm the older three-empty-slot assertion or current 3.48 Silver quote.
