1212 The Delesyia bell is inside a clocktower in the northwest section of Delesyia capital, across from Delesyia Castle. Delesyia occupies the southeastern corner of Pywel. This bell tower is one of the most straightforward to reach. It stands right in the town square, near the local shops. No puzzles, no hostile armies. Walk up, climb, and ring the bell.
