Toll of Calphade is one of the 8 bell quests in the Toll of Pywel questline in Crimson Desert. It belongs to the Pororin Forest Guardians faction quest series. Ringing the bell clears the fog of war from the Calphade (northern Hernand region) region of the world map, revealing roads, settlements, rivers, and points of interest in the surrounding area.
When the bell is rung, a cutscene plays where a Shai Resident NPC appears and uses their magic to sweep away the fog for the entire surrounding region. For a complete list of all 8 bells, see the Bell Locations article.

The Calphade bell is located on top of a church in the northern part of the Hernand region. Climb the church structure to access the rooftop bell. The church is visible from a distance and the bell tower sits at its highest point.
This bell becomes temporarily unavailable during Chapter 6 due to hostile conditions in the Calphade area. The bell can be rung at any point before Chapter 6, and it becomes accessible again after Chapter 6 is completed. If you miss it before Chapter 6, simply return after finishing that chapter.
A shai appeared as the bell rang, offering you a gift before vanishing.
