1212 The Tidebreaker Boots are found in Delesyia. Travel to the area and look for a waterfall. The location is near a wooden track structure.

1414 Use the Stab ability to dash through the waterfall from the front. Behind it, you will find a blocked stone wall. Use Force Palm to break through the wall. Inside the hidden cave, open the golden chest to obtain the Tidebreaker Boots.
