2525 Graham hands you the first manual part directly after the rescue cutscene.Travel south of the supply tent at Phoniel Ranch to find the second manual part.Liberate Phoniel Ranch by clearing the stationed Bleed Bandits.Loot the second manual part from a chest inside a secluded building on the ranch.Head north-west to Fort Warspike for the third piece.Liberate Fort Warspike by clearing its Bleed Bandit garrison.Loot the third manual part inside the fort.Return to Baron Alfonso at Lioncrest Manor with all three pieces.Speak with the baron to complete the quest and receive the Alfonso Spear.
