31+The Masked Liberator's Leather Boots are hidden in a short tunnel near Gearmelt Confectionery in northern Gorthak, in the Drywind Valley area. From the main facility, walk a short distance south to a pit. Drop into the pit and look for the tell-tale symbol of a wall that responds to Focus Force Palm. Using the ability opens a brief horizontal tunnel into the rock, and the chest at the end contains the boots. The approach is pure traversal and does not require combat preparation.
