1818 Follow the quest marker to the Goldleaf Tradepost, a market area at the edge of town near Unicorn Cliff. The ride from Springtide Mill takes a couple of minutes heading southeast. The tradepost is a bustling commercial hub with merchants, carts, and guards patrolling the perimeter.

2222 Upon entering the tradepost, look to the left side of the market area. Shakatu is standing with two other merchants. He is the Trademaster of the Goldleaf Merchant Guild and a powerful figure in the Hernand economy.

2626 Approach the group and initiate dialogue. Shakatu and his associates discuss the problems that have been plaguing Hernand: the bandit activity, stolen livestock, and general lawlessness. Kliff explains what he discovered during the four investigation quests, including the revelation about Kailok the Hornsplitter's involvement. Shakatu listens carefully and agrees to a private conversation to discuss the Goldleaf Merchant Guild's internal politics and how they might help resolve the situation. The quest completes after the dialogue.
