1414 The Tariv Cloth Boots are sold by the tailor in the village of Tariv in northern Demeniss. Unlike the Tariv Cloth Gloves and Tariv Cloth Cloak (which are available immediately), the boots require 100 reputation with the tailor NPC before they appear in the shop.

1616 Reputation can be earned by giving copper pouches (approximately 5 reputation each) or by crafting books you have already read (approximately 10 reputation each). At 100 reputation, the tailor's shop inventory can also be added to your Greymane Camp for convenient access.
